For over five decades, first aid training has consisted of multi-hour or multi-day cram sessions where students are not afforded enough time to absorb, review, remember and practice first aid skills. This legacy method of training turns out graduates who are not fully prepared to provide systematic first aid in a medical emergency.
The School of First Aid delivers high quality, actionable first aid training that course participants can deploy confidently while responding to a medical emergency. Participants achieve a high level of confidence through our immersive, high fidelity first aid courses using virtual learning and virtual reality technologies. Course participants complete the training at their own pace and have time to absorb and practice what they learn.
School of First Aid participants graduate with a repeatable, systematic patient assessment process, that enables them to perform illness and injury identification, treatment and improves evacuation decision making.
