Applying for our affiliate program does not guarantee approval. Your application may be rejected for any reason we see fit and we may or may not contact you about it.

Being our affiliate also means you must adhere to School of First Aid Affiliate Program terms and conditions.

As an affiliate, you must comply with consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines. Your advertising should not be deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, etc.

All affiliates (regardless of their country of domicile) MUST be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. These include the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act”), Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (“FTC Testimonials Guide”), the National Advertising Division decisions of the Better Business Bureau, and other federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.

You are responsible for keeping to any linking guidelines in social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.

You may not share your affiliate link in any School of First Aid Facebook group. Doing so will have you removed from the affiliate program and any commissions canceled.

You may not use your affiliate code to buy products for yourself. This can cause you to be removed from the affiliate program and all existing commissions voided.

You receive 25% of any payments made by your qualified referrals. This does not include any tax payment or payment processing fees.

In order to get paid, you must have a PayPal account.

Affiliate cookies last for 6 months. If the user uses a different browser, clears the browser cache, or does any other action to remove the cookies from their browser you will not be recorded as an affiliate. This is beyond our control.

If a refund is processed for someone you have referred, your commission will be reversed.

If a user clicks multiple affiliate links from different affiliates, the most recent one will count in terms of who gets paid the affiliate commission.

If your application is approved you will be assigned a School of First Aid Affiliate Program Dashboard. This dashboard  You are responsible for keeping your contact and PayPal information up-to-date. 

Payments are made via Paypal at the beginning of each month for the one month prior, e.g., you will be paid at the first of March for all commissions earned in January.

Paypal is the ONLY way to receive your payment. No exceptions.

Any affiliate caught breaking any of these terms will have their affiliate accounts terminated.

The School of First Aid may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By participating in the School of First Aid Affiliate Program you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.
