Pre-Scenario Set-Up

You find the patient lying on the ground. There is a horse with a saddle standing in the middle of the trail. There is a person laying on the trail about 30 feet from the horse.  There are no bystanders. The scene is safe. Perform a Primary Assessment and Secondary Assessment on the patient.  Complete a SOAP Note. When you are finished, have the patient sit up and provide you feedback on how you performed the assessment.
