Pre-Scenario Set-Up. You are allowed to use your notes and the textbook.

You find the patient lying on the ground.  There are no bystanders. The scene is safe. Perform a Primary Assessment on the patient.  When you are finished, have the patient provide you feedback on how you performed the assessment.

Post Scenario Debrief. Did you miss any steps in the Primary Patient Assessment?  Do not beat yourself up if you missed any steps.  You’ll do better and gain more confidence as you get more practice during the course.
